Okay, Ive always suspected that the people behind shoutwire were actually some immature kids which has been witnessed time and again as their administrative team has travelled the webmaster forums making asses of themselves. Its also apparent when you visit their site and see the articles they squash while promoting their own sites and self-promoting webmasters to s

ites about stupid jokes, drugs and more.


But today was really the last straw ....


A friend asked me to review his new article, and upon entering ShoutWire, the first thing to catch the eye was an advertisement which at first glance one might think is an advertisement for photo or video sharing of a family oriented nature.


However, if youre stupid enough like I was to click the link, it goes to a very NSFW (not safe for work) site that promotes pornography.


The young girls in the ad on the front page of shoutwire look like very young teens and the site that comes up upon clicking, is full of tacky porn, complete with adult images.









The kids of ShoutWire have sunk to a new low ... tacky!


NOTES: Added 25-July-2006:


No doubt, some of the producers of adult content purposefully portray "actresses" as young as possible, but to label it as "kiddie" or "child" porn was not fair to ShoutWire, so I have done an edit of the title to so reflect. Ive done this against the advice of my attorney who is itching to see if theyre naive enough to attempt a lawsuit over an opinion (not liable or slander by the letter of the law) - he figures the press would be great for the upcoming sale of FreshDames and in the end itd never make it past a discovery phase. However, right is right regardless of the letter of the law and I have done the edit anyway.


However, I will point out that I have published every flaming and threatening comment left on this blog by ShoutWire personnel and supporters - I have nothing to hide to include the opinions, not slander or liable, of other people.


A final note of interest - it is worth noting that ShoutWire (Internet News for the Masses) is directly affiliated with SpankWire (Internet Porn for the Masses) ... their claim of the inability to control the ads on their site and that it was completely an unintentional ad placement gets weaker with every discovery.FreshDames
