In the middle of a Florida heat wave, a disreputable lawyer gets involved with the seductive wife of a wealthy older guy. He hatches a plan to get the husband out of the way and split the money, but when the heat comes down on him, he starts to wonder if the wife has been playing him the whole time. (1 hr. 53 min.)
