In this documentary, fans of bodybuilding legend Melvin Anthony are invited to watch him prepare for the 1999 NPC U.S.A. competition. Having placed third and second in previous years, Melvin was determined to finally come out on top. All of his preparation is captured here, with footage from the eight weeks leading up the event conveying every struggle that Melvin encountered while on his road to triumph.
