It has all the makings of a top class thriller, and its true. The film will be directed by Roger Donaldson and is called Baker Street, written by Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais and based on the real heist of the 1971 Baker Street bank robbery. The story comes from Production Weekly through CinemaBlend. Previously the film was to be directed by Harold Becker who brought us Mercury Rising, City Hall, Malice and Sea of Love. Donaldson is known for a fair few good films, including The Worlds Fastest Indian, Thirteen Days, Species and the excellent No Way Out. This article is courtesy of Filmstalker Categories: Film News |
