e Carmen Electra content a payment services company can provide (maybe discounted ATM withdrawals at strip clubs?) or what the continuously evolving features and benefits of pre-paid credit or gift cards will be but if your credit is that bad and want to pay a $4 monthly maintenance fee or you cant figure out what to buy for that creepy Carmen Electra obsessed friend of yours, I guess this is the card for you.
