Adrienne Shelly’s death may not have been a suicide, like it seemed to originally be.

A 19 year old construction worker by the name of Diego Pillco has been arrested on second degree murder charges by NYPD, in connection to indie actress Adrienne Shelly’s death.

According to CBS, Pillco has claimed that he punched Shelly after she complained about the noise he was making in the building where her office is. Pillco adds that this caused the death of the 5′2" actress. He also admits to dragging her up to her office and placing her in the shower to make her death look like a suicide.

Although the medical examiner has not given a final veredict, Pillco’s story seems quite believable.

Shelly is survived by her husband, Andy, and daughter, Sophie, 3.

After Mariah Carey denied having a relationship with Eminem, the rapper has come forward (to defend his honor, I guess) and said:

Yes, me and Mariah did have a relationship for about a good six, seven months (…) it didn’t work. I wasn’t really into what she was into; our personalities collided. She’s a diva, and I’m a little more regular, I guess.”

If I were Mariah, I would deny having boned him too. But I would still bone him… if you know what I mean.

According to MSNBC, Madonna is quite confused… She partakes in the activities of a Kabbalah Center, where she studies Jewish mysticism and celebrates Jewish holidays, but she has assured the BBC that she believes in Christ. What the heck?

Saying that her adopted son, David, can be Christian and follow Kabbalah as well, Madonna told the BBC, "I believe in Jesus and I study Kabbalah, so I don’t see why he can’t too."

But Kabbalah watcher Rick Ross says that the group’s leaders are wrong if they tell people that they can have it both ways. "It’s historically and practically impossible for a person to be two religions simultaneously," Rick Ross of Cultnews.com tells The Scoop. "But perhaps Madonna thinks that along with her many other accomplishments, this is possible."

For those of you who have any idea who Neil Patrick is, I’d like to inform you that he has gotten out of the closet, and has told People magazine:
